Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all service engagements with Lead Gen Lab LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. Please read it carefully before entering into any service agreement.
Summary: We offer prorated refunds for prepaid services not yet delivered. We do not refund completed work. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the applicable timeframe.
1. Nature of Our Services
Lead Gen Lab LLC provides professional services including paid media management, funnel optimization, CRM integration, audience segmentation, campaign automation, analytics and attribution, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition consulting. These are professional services that involve significant time, expertise, and resource allocation from our team.
Because our services involve the application of specialized knowledge and labor, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional service engagements rather than product purchases.
2. Refundable Services
2.1 Prepaid Monthly Retainers
If you have prepaid for monthly retainer services and wish to cancel before the service period begins, you are entitled to a full refund of the prepaid amount. If the service period has begun, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused portion of the prepaid period, calculated on a daily basis.
To receive a prorated refund on a prepaid retainer, you must submit a written cancellation notice to info@leadsgenlab.com before the 15th day of the current billing period. Cancellation notices received after the 15th will take effect at the end of the following billing period.
2.2 Prepaid Project Fees
For fixed-scope project engagements (e.g., one-time audits, setup projects, or consulting engagements), refunds are available only for work not yet commenced. Once project work has begun, no refund is available for that phase of work.
If a project is structured in phases, refunds may be available for phases not yet commenced, subject to written agreement between the parties.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Completed strategy sessions and consultations: Once a strategy session or consultation has been conducted, the fee for that session is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
- Completed audits and assessments: Fees for completed acquisition audits, funnel audits, or attribution assessments are non-refundable once the audit report has been delivered.
- Setup and onboarding fees: One-time setup fees for infrastructure deployment, CRM integration, attribution system setup, or platform onboarding are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Third-party costs: Any costs incurred on your behalf with third-party platforms (advertising spend, software subscriptions, data services) are non-refundable and are governed by the respective third-party's refund policies.
- Completed monthly retainer periods: Fees for completed service periods are non-refundable, regardless of performance outcomes.
4. Performance-Based Disputes
Lead Gen Lab LLC does not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Refunds are not available on the basis of dissatisfaction with campaign performance, lead quality, or business results, as these outcomes are influenced by factors outside our direct control, including market conditions, competitive landscape, budget constraints, and client-side variables.
If you have concerns about service quality or deliverable fulfillment, we encourage you to raise them directly with your account team before initiating a formal refund request. We are committed to resolving service quality concerns through remediation before any refund process is initiated.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit a written refund request to info@leadsgenlab.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]"
- Include your company name, the service(s) for which you are requesting a refund, the amount paid, and the reason for the request
- Submit the request within 30 days of the payment date for which you are seeking a refund
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and provide a determination within 10 business days of receipt.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will coordinate an alternative refund method with you.
Lead Gen Lab LLC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions in processing refunds to your account.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Most concerns can be resolved more quickly through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees.
8. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your service agreement governs that engagement.
